Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Holiday Homes Sales Advisor to turn dream holidays into reality by guiding customers through the sale process. The role combines relationship-building with park tours and finance option presentations, driving successful outcomes.

It requires resilience, excellent communication, and a proactive, target-driven approach. Weekend availability is expected to support peak sales periods, with rewards including an attractive OTE on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales is desirable.
• Confident working toward budgets and KPIs with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficient IT skills including data input, email, Word & Excel.
• Ability to work weekends to support peak periods.

HOLIDAY HOME SALES ADVISOR £28,746 PLUS OTE £75K

What you will be doing...

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and social media
