Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking staff to deliver an Early Years programme on our UK holiday camps. You will ensure children's welfare and safety while delivering engaging, structured activities for 4- to 5-year-olds.

With a focus on play and development, you will work alongside the Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements, provide pastoral support to young children, and contribute to a fun, safe, and energetic camp environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to a minimum Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience with 4- and 5-year-olds.
• Experience of working with children and delivering activities.
• Hold a Paediatric First Aid (12 or 6 hour) or First Aid at Work qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of the children.
• Deliver structured activities (sports, arts, play) to Early Years children.
• Work with the Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements.
• Provide a pastoral role as a key contact for 4–5 year olds, liaising with parents.
