Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking staff to oversee the Early Years programme on camp, ensuring welfare and safety of children while delivering structured activities across sports, arts and play for 4- to 5-year-olds.

You will work with the Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements, act as a key parent contact, and participate in pre-camp training. Roles are seasonal with potential for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children and delivering activities.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• A flexible team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations on camp.
• Passionate about developing children through play and activity.
• Hours: 8.00am - 6.00pm weekdays. Full season or part season roles available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of the children.
• Deliver outstanding, structured activities (sports, arts, play).
• Work with Camp Manager to ensure OFSTED requirements are met.
• Provide a pastoral role as a key contact for 4- and 5-year-olds and liaise with parents.
