Ultimate Activity Camps is looking for dedicated staff to supervise and deliver the Early Years programme on our camps in the UK. You will ensure the welfare and safety of children, plan engaging activities, and work closely with the Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements.

You will take a pastoral role for 4 and 5 year olds, liaising with parents, and supporting children through play and structured activities. A Level 3 childcare qualification and relevant experience are essential.

Formación

• Must have Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education with substantial experience with 4–5 year olds.
• Experience delivering activities and working with children.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; flexible team player.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of the Early Years programme on camp.
• Ensure welfare and safety of children.
• Deliver structured activities (sports, arts, play).
• Work with Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements.
• Act as pastoral contact for 4 and 5 year olds and liaise with parents.
