Job summary

Let's Play are seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver varied activities during our Fun Weeks in school holidays at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, Solihull. You will run sessions for children aged 5 to 12, challenging and engaging them while keeping safety and inclusion at the core.

The role offers progression and the chance to gain more qualifications. You will work with a friendly team, deliver activities such as multi-sports, arts and crafts, swimming, and games, and build positive

Qualifications

• Has passion for working with primary-aged children.
• Willingness to develop coaching skills.
• Punctual, reliable & committed.
• Has experience delivering activities to primary-aged children.
• Strong communication & organisational skills.
• Able to interact well with children, teachers, and parents.
• Preferred: clean UK driver’s license.
• Preferred: experience in childcare setting.
• Preferred: Level 2 childcare qualification.
• Preferred: Level 1 sports coaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions that are engaging, challenging & safe for primary-aged children.
• Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care.
• Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
• Follow our coaching philosophy: Fun, Inclusive & Educational.
• Understand the individual needs of the children and adapt delivery accordingly.
• Deal with first aid/emergency situations when needed.
• Liaise effectively with parents/carers.
