Job summary

Let's Play are seeking individuals to deliver activities during Fun Weeks in school holidays at Hungerford Leisure Centre. You will run sessions for children aged 5-12, ensuring high standards and inclusivity.

Activities include Multi-Sports, Performing Arts, Swimming, Esports, Lazer Tag, Nerf Wars, Lego, and Arts n Crafts, with a focus on fun, educational experiences and safe, positive engagement. We value punctuality, reliability, and the ability to communicate with children, teachers and

Qualifications

• Interest in working with primary-aged children.
• Willingness to develop coaching skills.
• Punctual, reliable and committed.
• Experience delivering activities to primary-aged children.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to interact well with children, teachers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic and fun for primary-aged children.
• Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care.
• Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
• Follow our coaching philosophy: Fun, Inclusive and Educational.
• Understand the individual needs of the children and challenge/engage them appropriately.
• Deal with any first aid/emergency situation.
• Be approachable in liaising with parents/carers.
• Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability.
• Be creative and passionate in delivery.
