Job summary

Let's Play are seeking energetic individuals to deliver a range of activities during school holiday fun weeks at Woking Leisure Centre. You will lead sessions for children aged 5–12, ensuring safety and high standards while catering for mixed abilities.

Activities include Multi-Sports, Performing Arts, Swimming, Arts n Crafts, Team Games, Esports, Lazer Tag and Nerf Wars. You will work with teachers and parents to create a positive learning environment and have opportunities for progression and

Qualifications

• Has passion for working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children.
• Willingness to develop coaching skills.
• Punctual, reliable and committed.
• Experience delivering activities to primary-aged children.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to interact well with children, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions that are challenging, realistic and fun for primary-aged children.
• Create a positive learning environment in our care.
• Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard consistently.
• Follow coaching philosophy: Fun, Inclusive and Educational.
• Understand individual needs and engage them appropriately.
• Deal with any first aid/emergency situation.
• Approachable in liaising with parents/carers.
• Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability.
• Be creative and passionate in delivery.
