Job summary

Volker Fitzpatrick on the Dirac Building, St Johns Innovation Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge is seeking a Hod Carrier for a new build project.

Location CB4 0WS; rate £170 per day CIS; hours 7:30am-4:30pm; 2 months; responsibilities include assisting bricklayers, mixing and moving mortar, loading bricks, and general labouring on a mixed indoor/outdoor site.

Qualifications

• CSCS certification is required.
• Previous Hod Carrier experience is required.
• Good attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• Able to keep up with bricklayers and maintain a clean, organised work area.

Responsibilities

• Support bricklayers on site.
• Mix and move mortar.
• Load out bricks and blocks.
• Carry out general labouring duties on a new build project.
• Work on both indoor and outdoor areas.

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (8.5 hours paid)

We are looking for a reliable Hod Carrier to join a new build project in Cambridge.

Requirements:

• CSCS
• Previous experience as a Hod Carrier
• Good attitude and work ethic
• Able to keep up with bricklayers and maintain a clean, organised work area

Role:

• Supporting bricklayers on site
• Mixing and moving mortar
• Loading out bricks and blocks
• General labouring duties
