Job summary

RGM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a site labourer/Hod Carrier in Fordingbridge for an approximate 2-month assignment. The rate is £18.75 per hour with 8 hours paid per day. Start ASAP.

Duties include assisting bricklayers, mixing mortar, loading bricks, and general labouring while maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate has a valid CSCS card, relevant construction experience, full PPE, and recent references.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Previous experience as Hod Carrier or Labourer is preferred.
• Full PPE will be used on site and should be worn at all times.
• Recent references available on request.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist bricklayers on site with materials and tools.
• Mix and carry mortar as directed.
• Load and move bricks and blocks around the site.
• Keep bricklayers supplied with required materials.
• Perform general labouring duties and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow site health and safety rules at all times.
• Support the site team as needed.
