Taylor Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a well-maintained active adult community in Gloucester County. The role focuses on daily operations, maintenance coordination, and strong Board relations to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in community association management, CMCA preferred, and excellent communication in a structured environment with evening meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of community association management experience required.
• CMCA designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of condominium/homeowners association operations and governing documents.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HOA management software experience is a plus.
• Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed.
