Job summary

HORIBA MIRA is seeking an Instrument Calibration Technician to join our Calibration team in Nuneaton. This hands-on role ensures equipment is calibrated, maintained and documented in line with approved procedures and industry standards.

You will carry out calibrations, produce certificates and reports, maintain records, and support fault investigation. The role requires a Level 3 Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualification, calibration lab experience, and the ability to work shifts.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in calibration laboratory or with instrumentation and measurement equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job description

We're looking for an Instrument Calibration Technician to join our Calibration team in Nuneaton. This hands-on technical role supports the delivery of calibration services across a wide range of instrumentation, ensuring equipment is calibrated, maintained and documented in line with approved procedures and industry standards. Working within our calibration facilities, you'll support both internal and external customers while contributing to the quality and accuracy of engineering and test activities.

Please note; this role requires working shift.
