Aspire People are working with a well-regarded primary school in Stratford-upon-Avon that is seeking to appoint multiple Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for the new academic year starting September 2025. There are both full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexibility and the chance to work in a structured, supportive environment.
These roles require confident, experienced professionals who are ready to contribute across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting teaching and learning, leading groups, and providing classroom cover where needed.
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Hold a recognised HLTA qualification
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in UK primary schools
Be confident working across both KS1 and KS2
Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
