Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEMH provision in East Suffolk, working with secondary pupils and supporting learning and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have HLTA status or substantial TA experience, with experience supporting SEMH or SEND, a calm, resilient approach, and the ability to build strong relationships and manage classroom learning.

HLTA Required - SEMH Specialist Provision - East SuffolkWe are currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a supportive specialist education setting working with secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HLTA, experienced Teaching Assistant, or education professional who is passionate about making a positive difference to young people who may have faced barriers to learning.

The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting pupils' educational and personal development.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs
