Job summary

Randstad UK is partnering with a network of primary schools across Leeds to provide dependable HLTA staff for structured PPA cover and short-term class release. The role requires a recognised HLTA qualification or substantial UK experience and solid classroom knowledge of the National Curriculum.

You will support delivery of pre-planned lessons, provide constructive feedback to permanent teachers, and communicate effectively with teaching assistants, SENCOs and leadership.

Qualifications

• Recognised HLTA qualification or substantial UK experience leading lessons independently.
• Proven UK primary school experience with knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Ability to deliver pre-planned lessons and provide feedback to permanent class teachers.
• Strong communication with TAs, SENCOs, and leadership.
• Satisfactory, recent UK school-based references.
