Job summary

Teach Now Limited is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Ealing, London, to support learning across KS1/KS2. The role covers planned teacher release time, runs booster groups, and provides targeted support to pupils needing help with confidence and independence.

Salary is £100-£120 per day, Monday to Friday, term time only. Start date is 1 September 2026; contract is full-time and temporary. A proactive, inclusive approach and strong classroom management are essential.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or Level 3 qualification required.
• Strong experience in a primary school setting.
• Ability to take responsibility for a whole class and support diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lessons in KS1 and KS2.
• Leading booster groups and structured interventions.
• Supporting pupils with SEND in class and targeted sessions.
• Using questioning and feedback to extend pupil learning.
• Helping to create engaging classroom resources.
• Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Contributing to a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment.
