Tradewind Recruitment LTD is partnering with a vibrant school in Westminster to recruit an experienced HLTA to support teaching and learning across the school.

The role involves delivering lessons when the class teacher is absent, leading targeted interventions, supporting pupils with SEND, and assisting with planning and assessment activities. Start date is September 2025. The post is full-time, term-time only, with pay dependent on setting, qualifications and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Responsabilités
