Job summary

The Primary First Trust Limited in Northfleet, Kent seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work closely with teachers to support pupils in becoming confident and independent learners who stay focused and engaged. Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging learning activities for the whole class and for small groups or individuals.
• Monitor, assess and record pupils' progress.
• Lead the classroom in the Teacher's absence.
• Support effective classroom management alongside the Class Teacher.
• Work with Teachers to design and deliver plans for pupils with special educational needs.
• Help create an inclusive, supportive classroom where every child can succeed.
