Contract: Linked to Funding – Estimated End Date: July 2027

Seven Hills School is a small SEMH school for girls that can support up to 12 pupils. The school itself is a fully equipped bungalow in the seaside town of Clevedon. Seven Hills is a therapeutic school that has a tranquil environment that is able to provide all the necessary support for students.
We are seeking a dedicated HLTA with a strong understanding of learners with additional and complex needs. You will play a vital role in supporting students, both academically and emotionally through a personalised approach to education.
You’ll be supporting a small number of pupils (max. 6 per class), which allows for meaningful relationships, reduced marking and admin, and a focus on high-impact support.
“Pupils feel safe and understood. They re-engage with and develop a love of learning.”
“Everyone agrees Seven Hills is harmonious and a good place to be. Pupils appreciate the voice they have and their ability to contribute to their school experiences. Parents are very positive about the difference the school makes for their children. Many say it has transformed their children’s opportunities for the future.”
*We are committed to being fair and non-discriminatory in our recruitment practices. Where a service already has sufficient drivers in post, we will do all we reasonably can to accommodate applicants who do not drive, and in those instances, the driving requirement may be considered desirable rather than essential. However, as a care provider, the safety, welfare, and needs of the young people we support must always take priority, as such, this may mean that driving may be listed as being essential for some of our posts.
Please note, Hexagon Care Services does not hold a sponsorship licence and as such we are unable to support any candidates who do not already have right to work. This is a permanent position, if you have right to work but with an expiry date, we are more than welcome to receive your application but please note you would only be eligible for an interim contract linked to your RTW expiry.
