As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in covering PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time for teachers and stepping in during absences. Your positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with both students and staff. You will have the opportunity to support and inspire young learners, fostering their academic progress and personal development.

The Role:-
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in the absence of classroom teachers
- Provide targeted support to individuals or groups of students, ensuring their learning needs are met
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and prepare resources for effective learning experiences
- Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment conducive to student success
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and reporting to relevant stakeholders

The Person:-
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and cater to individual student needs
- A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference
