Teaching Vacancies is seeking a Higher Learning Support Assistant (HLTA) to support teachers and enhance learning for students aged 16–25 on personalised programmes, including English and maths, social and work-ready skills. The successful candidate will support across the curriculum and during unstructured times of the day, working towards a Level 4 HLTA qualification with full college support.

You will be enthusiastic, committed to inclusive practice and able to build strong relationships.

Formación

• Experience working in education with learners aged 16–25.
• Willingness to work towards Level 4 HLTA with support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with students.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding.

Responsabilidades

• Support teachers across curriculum and unstructured times.
• Embed English and maths, social, life, work skills and personal development.
• Assist students with Education, Health and Care Plans / High Needs.
• Promote inclusive learning and safeguarding practices.
