REESON Education is seeking a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tottenham, North London, from mid-November 2026. The role covers EYFS through to Year 6, offering varied classroom experience and opportunities to develop teaching skills.

The successful candidate will cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, deliver engaging lessons, maintain strong behaviour, and adapt quickly to different year groups.

Qualificações

• Previous experience covering classes in a primary school
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confidence taking responsibility for a classroom
• Ability to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• A positive and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education

Responsabilidades

• Cover classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Deliver engaging lessons using existing lesson plans
• Take responsibility for the classroom when covering
• Maintain strong behaviour and learning expectations
• Adapt quickly between different year groups
• Support pupils with varying abilities and needs
• Work effectively alongside class teachers and support staff
• Create a positive, calm and purposeful learning environment
