Job summary

The Warren is seeking a HLTA to support teaching and learning across Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership and Cuddington Croft Primary School, under the direction of the Headteacher. The role emphasizes delivering planned lessons, supporting pupils with a range of needs, and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.

You'll join a GLF Schools cluster, with opportunities for professional development and collaboration across the network, contributing to high standards of safeguarding

Qualifications

• Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and a HLTA qualification.
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning.
• Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
• Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning across Warren Mead Infant and Junior Partnership and Cuddington Croft Primary School.
• Deliver planned lessons and support children with a range of needs.
• Foster a safe, engaging and positive learning environment and safeguard pupils.
• Contribute to classroom planning and resource preparation.
