Doubletrees School is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. Working with teachers and support staff, you will plan, deliver and assess learning experiences, supporting pupils to develop knowledge, skills, confidence and independence.
You will lead learning activities within the school framework, assist during short‑term teacher absence, promote inclusion and safeguarding, and contribute to a positive, safe learning environment across the Trust.

We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Doubletrees School.
Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will contribute to the planning, delivery and assessment of high-quality learning experiences that meet the individual needs of our pupils. You will support learners to develop their knowledge, skills, confidence and independence, while promoting their welfare, inclusion and engagement in all aspects of school life.
The role will also involve leading learning activities and teaching whole classes within an agreed framework, including during the short-term absence of a teacher. You will use your experience, initiative and specialist skills to support pupil progress, contribute to a positive learning environment and provide guidance to other members of the support team.
