Job summary

Academics Ltd is expanding its HLTA pool for Thanet and surrounding areas for upcoming opportunities in local primary schools. You will support learning across KS1 and KS2, adapting to diverse pupil needs and classroom environments.

Strong classroom management and communication with teachers are essential, with SEN experience seen as an advantage. An enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply for a new one is preferred, and a driving licence with access to a vehicle would be beneficial.

We're looking to expand our pool of Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) across Thanet and nearby areas, ready for upcoming opportunities in local primary schools.

We're keen to hear from experienced and suitably qualified HLTAs who are confident supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and can adapt to the needs of different pupils and classroom environments.

What we're looking for:

• Relevant HLTA qualifications and previous experience are essential.
• Confidence supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2.
