Job summary

Academics Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a school in Maidstone, starting October 2026. The role spans KS1 and KS2, with duties including 1:1 support, small groups, and leading whole-class activities as needed.

The ideal candidate has HLTA experience or qualification, enjoys flexible, adaptive teaching, and can manage pupils effectively across different settings. DBS completion is required or a DBS update is available.

Qualifications
