Aspire People are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time role at a primary school in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated HLTA to work in a positive and supportive school environment, assisting in delivering high-quality education to young learners.

Location: Lutterworth

Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £100 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or equivalent

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school

Strong classroom management and the ability to provide focused support to individuals and small groups

Excellent communication skills, both with students and staff

What You'll Be Doing:
