Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a SEN primary school in West Drayton, Greater London. You will support lesson delivery, provide targeted SEN support, and cover lessons when needed.

Experience as a Teaching Assistant and an HLTA qualification or equivalent is essential. You will work to develop IEPs and foster an inclusive classroom, aiding students' communication and behavioral development.

The Role
