Term Time Teachers Ltd is seeking experienced HLTA professionals to support primary schools in East Sussex, particularly around the Wadhurst area. You will lead small groups and step in to cover classes where required, contributing to a positive learning atmosphere.

The role offers flexible daily, short‑term and long‑term placements with supportive consultants and opportunities to work across diverse schools. DBS clearance is expected as part of safeguarding commitments.

Qualifikationen

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Confidence in leading small groups and covering whole classes when needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Academics are currently working with a range of fantastic Primary schools across East Sussex, and we're on the lookout for experienced, enthusiastic HLTAs to join our team to help in and around the Wadhurst area.
