Job summary

Academics Education Agency is actively recruiting High Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) for Worksop from September 2026 on a temporary basis. You'll support teaching and learning across schools, deliver small-group interventions, and cover whole-class teaching when needed.

HLTA Requirements:

• Proven experience as a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Hold a Cache/NVQ Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or BA Hons Degree in Education Studies
• Confident delivering interventions and covering whole-class learning
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Academics can support with this)
