The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA (or an experienced LSA willing to undertake HLTA training) to support, inspire, and engage children at Gosbecks Primary School to 'be the best you can be.'

Requirements

• Educated to GCSE A-C (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths
• Deliver lessons planned by and with the class teacher
• Support teachers and work with groups of children
• Be flexible, organised, and a team player
• Establish excellent rapport with children
• Show initiative and work independently
• Support across the school supporting classes and groups
• Work within a trauma-informed practice environment
