Pertemps Birmingham Industrial is seeking an experienced HLOP driver or VNA driver for our Birmingham-based warehouse. The role involves operating VNA/HLOP equipment safely, locating stock, and supporting timely order picking in a fast-paced environment.

We offer ongoing training, a friendly team, and opportunities for progression. Pay ranges from £13.40 to £15.72 per hour, with standard daytime hours and shift options, in Erdington/Central Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Valid VNA and/or HLOP licences or certificates are required.
• Experience operating VNA or HLOP equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communicator and team player.

Responsabilités

• Operate VNA/HLOP equipment safely within racking systems and locate stock accurately.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Perform high level order picking and efficient packing of orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace and comply with safety procedures.

Are you an experienced HLOP driver or VNA looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a VNA Driver:

• " MUST HAVE A VALID LICENCE.
• "Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
• "Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
• "Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
• "Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.

As a High-Level Order Picker:

• "Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• "Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
• "Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.
• "Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• "Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
• "In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
• "A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• "Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
