Job summary

Pertemps Birmingham Industrial in Erdington, Birmingham is recruiting an HLOP/VNA Driver for an ASAP start. You will operate VNA or HLOP equipment, safely moving stock and supporting stock checks in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have previous VNA/HLOP experience, a valid licence, and a sharp eye for detail. A team-oriented, communicative approach and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
• In-date accredited licence or certification for VNA/HLOP operation.
• Good eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate VNA equipment safely within racking systems.
• Relocate stock accurately in tight aisle spaces.
• Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain health and safety procedures in the warehouse.
• Operate HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing of customer orders.

Location: Erdington, Birmingham

Pay: between £14.87

Hours: Monday to Friday-14:00-21:30Are you an experienced HLOP driver or VNA looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a VNA Driver:

• " MUST HAVE A VALID LICENSE.
• "Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
• "Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
• "Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
• "Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.

As a High-Level Order Picker:

• "Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• "Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
• "Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.
• "Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• "Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
• "In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
• "A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
