Job summary

Pertemps Birmingham Industrial is recruiting for an HLOP Driver or VNA role in Erdington, Birmingham. You will safely operate VNA and HLOP equipment, pick stock from high locations, and support inventory checks in a busy warehouse.

Valid licences are essential; the role rewards accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork in a supportive environment with on-the-job training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

HLOP Driver or VNA -ASAP

Location: Erdington, Birmingham

Pay: between £13.40-£15.72

Hours: Monday to Friday-10:00-18:3014:00-21:30

Are you an experienced HLOP driver or VNA looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.

What You'll Be Doing:

• MUST HAVE A VALID LICENCE.


• Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.


• Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.


• Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.


• Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.


• Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.


• Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.


• Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.


• Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).


• In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.


• A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.


• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
