Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking an experienced HJ & CCTV Supervisor to lead Heavy Jet and CCTV crews on water and wastewater projects in Falmer. You will review CCTV data, drive continuous improvements, and support compliant operations while maintaining strong client and supply chain relations.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience supervising Heavy Jet and CCTV crews in water, utilities or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of drainage and sewer networks and CCTV surveys.
• Understanding of NRSWA, traffic management and highway safety.
• Staff development and leadership abilities.
• Able to interpret drawings, asset plans and survey data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and job management systems.
• Valid UK Driving Licence, CSCS/ECS Card, NRSWA Supervisor and EUSR Water Hygiene Blue Card.

We are looking for an experienced HJ & CCTV Supervisor to join our Clean Rivers & Seas team in Falmer. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of field operations, lead Heavy Jet and CCTV crews, and play a key role in the successful delivery of critical water and wastewater projects.

Vacancy Introduction

As an HJ & CCTV Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Heavy Jet and CCTV crews, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the link between the office and operational teams, you will support programme delivery by coordinating resources, monitoring productivity, resolving site issues, and ensuring work is completed right first time. You will oversee site activities, conduct inspections and audits, ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, support crew development, and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners. The role also involves reviewing CCTV survey data and footage, tracking progress against programme requirements, and helping to drive continuous improvements across operations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supervising Heavy Jet and/or CCTV crews within the water, utilities, or infrastructure sector.
• Good working knowledge of drainage and sewer networks, CCTV surveys, and associated operational activities.
• Understanding of NRSWA requirements, traffic management, and safe working practices on the highway.
• Strong communication, organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, asset plans, and survey data.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and operational/job management systems.
• Valid UK Driving Licence, CSCS/ECS Card, NRSWA Supervisor qualification, and EUSR National Water Hygiene (Blue Card).
