History Teaching Opportunities Across Sheffield

We work with a range of secondary schools, offering opportunities throughout the academic year, including:

• Day-to-day supply teaching across local secondary schools.

• Short-term History teaching placements.

• Long-term positions with full classroom teaching responsibilities.

• Opportunities to teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4, depending on the school and assignment.

• Potential ongoing placements, subject to school requirements and performance.

• Opportunities to work within different school environments and become part of established teaching teams.

For day-to-day supply assignments, schools may provide lesson plans and teaching resources. Longer-term roles are more likely to involve planning, marking, assessment and wider departmental responsibilities.
