Wycombe Abbey, a world-class girls' boarding school in High Wycombe, seeks an outstanding History teacher for a part-time maternity cover. You will teach History across the School, inspiring pupils of all abilities and preparing them for university success.

The successful candidate will be a passionate historian with excellent communication, a commitment to outstanding teaching, and the ability to motivate able, enthusiastic pupils. A level Politics experience is advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Teacher of History to join a thriving and highly successful department on a part-time maternity cover contract. You will teach History across the School, inspiring pupils of all abilities, fostering intellectual curiosity, and preparing students for academic success, including applications to leading universities.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and knowledgeable historian with excellent communication skills, a commitment to outstanding teaching and learning, and the ability to motivate and challenge able, enthusiastic pupils. Experience of, or willingness to teach, A level Politics would be advantageous.
