Job summary

Academics Ltd seeks a History Teacher to cover KS3/KS4 in a Cannock secondary school. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess progress and collaborate with colleagues, parents and carers to support student achievement.

Applicants should hold QTS/PGCE, a History degree, and an Enhanced DBS, and be able to commute regularly to Cannock. Competitive daily pay is offered.

Role: History Teacher

Location: Cannock

Pay: £160- £210

Hours: Daily

Academics are looking for an enthusiastic History Teacher to teach up to KS4 in a Secondary School in Cannock!

As a History Teacher you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum in a positive and inclusive learning environment. You'll be required to assess, monitor and report on student progress and work closely with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure the students are meeting their full potential.

The school requires somebody who can maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism and student welfare and is able to manage behaviour in line with school policies. You must be able to adapt to a different school setting and classroom environment to ensure consistency.
