The National Trust at Saltram near Plymouth is seeking a part-time Collections Assistant. You’ll help with the day-to-day cleaning and care of precious collections—objects, works of art, textiles and furniture—and present them to visitors.

You’ll be talking to visitors about the work and the collections, keep accurate records, and provide support to volunteers and the housekeeping team. Salary is £13.25 per hour, with 16 hours per week across Sunday to Wednesday.

Formación

• Good hand-to-eye skills; able to work from ladders or scaffold towers.
• Flexible and adaptable; focused on delivering great service to visitors.
• Team player, but capable of taking own initiative.
• Well-organised and versatile; willing to learn new skills.
