Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pathway Navigator/Administrator to support the Histopathology team at Bournemouth Hospital. You will monitor outstanding histology cases, help outsource workload, and accurately record cases in the laboratory system while coordinating with clinicians and external contacts.

The role focuses on timely patient diagnoses, comprehensive administrative support, and effective communication within the Histopathology service.

• Monitor and follow up outstanding, unreported Histology cases to ensure timely diagnoses.
• Assist with outsourcing of cases to maintain manageable onsite workload.
• Record and track cases accurately using a dedicated database and respond to enquiries.
