Qualifications
- HCPC registered with IBMS Cellular Pathology portfolio.
- Experience in routine and specialist histology including immunohistochemistry.
- Knowledge of laboratory quality systems and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic services on samples.
- Carry out routine and preventative maintenance on analytical equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with service engineers.
- Prepare, store and use reagents for investigations.
- Interpret results ensuring accuracy per SOPs and report issues to management.
- Work to meet turnaround times and contribute to quality audits.
