Job summary

Pulse Healthcare Limited is currently recruiting a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Histology to join our client’s team in West Sussex. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours with an hourly rate of £25 - £31.

You will process and embed tissue samples, perform microtomy and stain slides for microscopic examination, and support pathologists in diagnostic reporting. NHS experience is required and a positive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
• Histology experience in a clinical lab.
• Experience with microtomy and staining.
• NHS experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
