Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Histology to join a busy NHS Hospital in South London. The ideal candidate will be HCPC registered and capable of high-throughput microtomy, embedding, and staining, while supporting the team and mentoring junior staff.

This temporary, full-time position offers relocation support and access to dedicated payroll and recruitment consultants to assist with the placement process.

Qualifications

• Must be HCPC registered and eligible to work in the UK.
• Proficient in microtomy with the ability to cut 30+ sections per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform microtomy, embedding, and staining in Histology.
• Support senior Biomedical Scientists and guide junior staff in daily duties.
