Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Biomedical Scientist specialising in Histology for Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This Band 5/6 role is a 2-3 month contract, full-time, with umbrella rate £26-£28. Start date is 27th May.

You will perform a range of histology tests and support accurate patient diagnosis. The successful candidate will hold HCPC registration, have extensive histology experience, and possess strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science or related field.
• Extensive histology experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a broad spectrum of histology tests.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
