Job summary

GAP Group Ltd. in Cleckheaton is looking for a Hire & Sales Coordinator to join the Pumps & Power Services division.

You will handle hire requests, coordinate logistics, and deliver customer-focused service across a broad range of equipment including pumps and water treatment solutions. As the first point of contact, you will manage enquiries, maximise stock availability, and work with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced customer service role.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge to drive sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Experience in the hire industry is a bonus and willingness to learn.

This includes a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.
