GAP is recruiting an Hire & Sales Coordinator within its Non-Mechanical division, delivering industry-leading equipment including barriers, fencing and more. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, manage hires, coordinate logistics, and drive service excellence across a busy depot environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires per day across Non-Mechanical equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer and supplier queries quickly.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues professionally and efficiently.

About You

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensuring stock levels meet demand and identifying opportunities to maximise sales
• Coordinating with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections
• Resolving customer complaints and supplier issues with professionalism and efficiency
