We are seeking a Hire Driver/ Fitter to join our team at Hirebase Coventry. Our company prides itself on delivering high-quality, professional hire services to our customers. The Hire Driver/ Fitter will be responsible for the safe delivery, collection, and distribution of hire equipment to customers. Working in our depot, you'll be part of a team committed to excellent customer service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine equipment and vehicle checks
• Maintain and repair the hire fleet to company and legal standards
• Keep accurate maintenance records
• Ensure the workshop is safe, clean, and tidy
• Manage the hire fleet within your branch
• Prevent theft of company goods
• Distribute hire equipment using company vehicles
• Follow company transport policies
• Serve customers efficiently and safely
• Conduct stock takes as required
• Perform additional branch duties as assigned

Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid driving license. We provide training and tools to succeed in this role.
