Murphy is recruiting for a Hire Coordinator to work with Murphy Plant at our Ollerton Plant. Operating in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada and the USA, Murphy provides better engineered solutions to infrastructure sectors including transportation, water, power and natural resources. So that our teams out on projects can run smoothly it is vital that we have robust support functions in place.

You will be responsible for sourcing internal plant equipment on behalf of all projects, or procurement of externally sourced plant and equipment delivering best in class for quality and value. Ensuring maximum utilisation of Murphy Plant and equipment by monitoring externally hired items and exchanging for internal items when they become available. Liaise with external supply chain, maintenance teams and depot managers, build and keep positive relationships and ensure Performance, Quality and Delivery is achieved
As Hire Coordinator you will manage the hire of Murphy Plant Equipment. Delivering equipment across the UK, you will be responsible for accurate management and documentation of the hire process. The logistical management of this equipment spread across 6 depots and up to 40 different sites is a challenge!
