Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire in Epsom is seeking a Hire Controller to support the branch by handling hire transactions, managing stock, and completing admin tasks. You will contribute to an overall brilliant customer experience and help the team meet targets in a busy depot environment.

Based in one of our branches, you will work with the Hire Manager and colleagues who value strong teamwork, clear communication, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisation to support busy depot operations.
• Ability to work closely with the Hire Manager and team.
• Customer-focused approach to ensure a great service daily.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across the depot.
• Support branch targets including hire sales and KPIs.
• Assist with deliveries and collections to maintain efficient service.
• Support with equipment prep and maintenance and keep machinery in good condition.
