Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire in Epsom is seeking a Hire Controller to help organise, support, and build what matters for the branch. You will work with the Hire Manager to handle hire transactions, manage stock, and complete admin tasks while delivering a brilliant customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the depot.
• Support branch targets like hire sales and KPIs.
• Assist with deliveries and collections to keep service efficient.
• Maintain equipment prep and maintenance to keep machinery in good order.
