A leading hire provider is looking for a Hire Controller in Bury St Edmunds, England. The role involves coordinating the hire process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with depot teams. The Hire Controller is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Based in the depot, the role coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure customer needs are met and they are satisfied with our service.
Day‑to‑day you will be desk‑based, working directly with other departments and liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 07:30 – 17:00 (42 hours per week)
